#Solve a challenge

A user can reach a challenge

• After login on a webapp
  If the challenge is successful the browser jumps back to the application
• after entering the MFA setup and test a configured method
  If the challenge is successful you stay in the setup

If you configured multiple methods then on the right hand is a switch between the methods.

#TOTP

Open your TOTP client (eg. Authenticator app) and search the app where you logged in.

Enter the shown 6 digit code.

#Email

You see the message that an email was sent. Search for it in your email inbox.

Enter the sent 6 digit code.
